We’re a team of licensed Texas Realtors who specialize in one thing: helping renters find the right apartment in the Cedar Park area. Not the whole Austin metro. Not statewide. Cedar Park, Leander, Brushy Creek, Avery Ranch, Anderson Mill, Lakeline Station area, Four Points, and the communities along the the East and West parts of Hwy 45 and 183A corridor south to The Domain. That’s our market, and we work it every day.

The team is led by a licensed broker with over 20 years in Texas real estate. Every agent on the team holds an active Texas real estate license, and we operate under Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC (License #562021), regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. A locator trying to serve all of Austin is spreading their knowledge across 1,000+ properties and dozens of neighborhoods. We go deep on one area. That means we know the screening standards at each community and the school zone splits between Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD. We know the commute realities from each corridor to the Domain or downtown Austin. And we know the gap between what a property advertises online and what it’s actually like to live there (which, at some communities, is a wider gap than you’d expect).
